Agreement

By using 10xlab.co.in or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Project-specific scope, timeline, and fees are defined in your signed proposal or invoice.

Services

We provide website development, software, Meta advertising, social media management, graphic design, and print production. Deliverables depend on the agreed scope in each project.

Quotes & payment

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Digital projects typically require an advance before work begins; print orders require approval of digital proofs. Prices on the website are starting estimates in INR and may vary by scope.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, content, brand assets, and approvals. Delays in client input may shift delivery dates.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive rights to final deliverables as defined in your project agreement. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

Print orders

Print production begins after your written proof approval. We reprint at no charge if the final product does not match the approved proof. Color may vary slightly between screen and press.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.
